According to Price, she had four hungry kids in the car who’d been waiting more than 25 minutes for their junk food order, which she said had been botched. Feeling she was being ignored by McDonald’s staffers, Price demanded a refund, then started tossing food over the counter. Security video shows a heavy projectile come flying back, sending the outraged customer crashing to the floor.
Price didn’t see a connection between her decision to throw burgers and fries into the fast food joint’s service area and her face being smashed in with a blender.
“I mean, I definitely don’t feel like there would have been a different result," she said. “I feel like even if we would have just went verbal back and forth that it still would’ve escalated to something else.”
The McDonald’s manager is no longer with the company, according to the report, but that ex-staffer’s reaction was met with mostly positive reviews on NBC’s Twitter page.
My opinion Both were wrong..the customer started it and there is a reaction to every action and this one came in the form of a blender
